(40 minutes) This introductory session is designed to help us get to know your body, your goals, and how assisted stretching can support you—before committing to ongoing sessions.
Includes consultation and goal setting, as well as a 25 minute customized stretch.
This stretch is intended for a returning client looking to work on their goals and build repour. In this sessions we spend 10 minutes re-addressing goals and expectations before diving into a personalized 50 minute assisted stretching session.
These sessions are designed for experienced cliental wanting to expand their knowledge and stretching abilities. These sessions are designed to really slow down and explore the bodies muscles together, addressing the entire body, opposed to just one area. These sessions are always concluded with a “homework stretch” for the client to do on their own at home to help achieve their goals
